esiso.com eBay id: esisoinc Tried to Defraud, Lied about working condition, San Dimas, California
8th of Nov, 2011 by User443839
Facts:
I had a server card (one) listed on eBay, and was contacted by esiso.com to buy this card for $400. I responded to them by saying that if they paid the $400 via PayPal, i would take the eBay listing down and send them the card. An invoice was sent via PayPal, invoice was paid, server card was sent, and received. 3 days later, I received an email saying that only one server card was sent, and they wanted a refund of $200 dollars. I sent an email back explaining that there was only one server card listed on eBay that that they needed to check the listing. I was sent another email saying that they only received one card and that 'THEY' only pay $200 for this type of server card. I replied saying that they contacted me, said they would pay $400 dollars. I ended the eBay listing, and sent them the card. They sent another email stating that the 'Buy It Now' price was $305, and that 'they' only offer $200. and I replied: There was only one card. The listing does not state ‘anywhere’ that there were two cards available. Your message to me clearly states “will u take $400 for it?” The word ‘it’ is singular, not plural. As for the ‘Buy it now price” $305 was the price if you paid immediately, which seemed to me that you knew that the card would sell higher. I then listed two web sites that had this card available, one was in the same price range of $400, and the other was quite higer at over $500. --- Then on Oct. 29th, 2011 they sent an email and LIED about the server card being defective...!!!! I did not respond to this totally bogus LIE. This was a total obvious attempt to get me to have them return the card and get the $400 back, and i could see right through that. It was obvious from the start that they only wanted to pay me $200. On November 9, 2011, they filed a 'dispute' with PayPal which stated: That they only received 1 server card instead of 2 and that they wanted a $200 refund.. (so as you can see THEY TOTALLY LIED in the email i received about the server card being defective) I called PayPal immediately and talked to the security and fraud department, and then filed a 'Claim' to resolve this matter. With in 20 minutes I was sent an mail from PayPal, saying that the claim was in my favor, and the monies held, were redeposited back into my account. --
