| Daniel Phelps, aka Doc is a scam artist, con, fraud, troll, wannabe, and a failure. He runs this fake talent managment agency called Erotic Noir. He lives/lived in an area of Atlanta, Georgia known as Atlantic Station in a loft that, as it turns out, he purchased under a mentally slow man's name. He also, as it turns out, purchased the furniture in the apartment under two of the girls' name who were dealing with him at one point. He also owes a lot of people money because of the schemes/games he has ran on them. There was an incident where he was approached in broad daylight by a man regarding $500 he owed the man, and was even punched in the face by the guy who seemed very irate with him at the time. What's more is he runs this "fake" talent management agency and pressures girls into having sex with him, asserting that no one is allowed to refuse sex with him, if they wish to stay an "E.N. Girl". Thankfully, I am a seasoned XXX Star and did not fall for this, though unfortunately, two other girs I know fell for it. He also tries to make you sign a ridiculous contract, in which he claims he is entitled to 50% of any money you earn at any gig, whether he books the gig for you or not. Legally, you are not allowed to do such a thing. And most real agencies/management only take no more than 20% (on average about 10-15% is the average agency fee for any gig). It is probably also safe to say he is more of a suitcase pimp than anything, as he has numerous evictions, and seems to move around a lot; the address I have provided is the last known address. He hadn't been paying rent for a while and last I heard he was getting evicted from the premises. He will try to threaten you if you say no to any of his requests, also threaten to blacklist you, as though his name or company has any merit thusfar. Which brings me to the next point: He claims he is a doctor with 5 doctorate degrees, however there is no proof or any way for this to be verified anywhere. It also turns out his name is not Daniel; it is an alias he goes by. He also has no state-issued IDs, or driver's licenses. He also is associated with credit card fraud, and myself and a few others made note of a napkin he had laying out with multiple stolen credit card numbers on it. It is believed that these are the card numbers he used to book flights for a couple of the girls he flew out to the "Doll House." Speaking of the "Doll House", the "Doll House" is more of a dungeon/prison than anything. Girls staying in there are not allowed to go anywhere out of his sight, which is why he primarily preys on girls from out of town who don't know. He also likes to prey on girls who are new to the industry and wouldn't know better that you're not required to sleep with your "manager" at his request, regardless of any contract. He also has strong reactions if he is caught up in any lies. He would tell one girl one thing and the next girl another, then whenever confronted, he would panic. He even tried kicking one girl from out of town out of the Doll House to leave her stranded in Atlanta, but the joke ended up on him. Bottom line: AVOID THIS GUY. If you see ANY of these names, run in the other direction. He's nothing but trouble. Ask other people in Atlanta about this guy and they'll tell you they've never heard of him, despite him claiming his "company" has been around for 20 or so years. He has scammed many people, including so-called "business partners" and so forth, not to mention your life could be in danger with all the money he has stolen from people. DESCRIPTION: He stands at about 5'6"-5'7", approximately in his mid-30s to early 40s, black man with yellow-toned skin (light-skinned), wears corrective lenses, has big lips, Ethiopian, short dark hair, high-pitched voice and very manipulative. Watch out for him, and pass along this message. |
