| Eric Traczyk is a coward and worthless as a Police Officer. He weighs over 400 pounds and does nothing for the village of Mt. Pleasant except duck 911 calls, waste tax payers money by sitting in the police station and watching tv or playing on the internet while being on the clock. In the nearly 11 years Traczyk has been with the Mount Pleasant Police Department he has never written a ticket without a superior officer being present and doing it for him, never made a solo arrest, never handled a accident report, has gotten the village sued 2 twice (both time the village settled out of court). Has cost the taxpayers 2 police cruiser due to poor equipment management. While Lt. he refused to assist his fellow officer in a vehicle pursuit and foot chase and his instead. Most recently Traczyk stood by and watched 2 30 some year old men violently assault a 17 year old boy and did nothing to stop them, feused to identify himself as the Chief of Police then asked the Sheriff of Jefferson County to take over the investigation due to him not knowing how to do a report and not knowing how to file charges. There are weeks upon weeks that Traczyk does not show up to work and the village of Mt. Pleasant allows this to go on. he knowingly allowed the ex-mayor, while in office to ride around the village with open alcohol containers in the mayors vehicle. Traczyk did not support a female officer that was assaulted by a male who spit blood in her mouth and refused to file charges against the male due to a law suit the male had brought against the police department a few weeks earlier. During trick or treat he hides in the cruiser and does not patrol to ensure the safety of the children trick or treating. He would use his uniform and cruiser to check his rental proerties and harass the people he was renting to. There is also serious question and doubt the Traczykl has re-qualified to use a sidearm (something that is required once a year in the state of Ohio). For a period of over a month Traczykl had the phone line disconnected and turned to a fax line so that he would not have to return calls from residents of the village. Eric Trazyk is a embarassment to every honorable, hard working, brave Police Officer. His title is a joke and he is a joke of a police officer. he has never arrested anyone for DUI, the officers before him made dozens of DUI arressts in the past and he never works after 9 pm on a weekend if he works a weekend at all. The former mayor that appointed him and the current mayor allows this to go on hides the facts that Traczyk is not fit to clean toilets in the village let alone have the safety of the residents of Mt. Pleasant in his hands. |
