| Eric Pulizzano (if that is his REAL name) at Axiom 13 is a thief and a liar. He promised to set up a website for my daughter, took her $500, did NOTHING, now won't return the money or return calls or emails. Stay away from this scumbag. He may operate under another name as it looks like there are prior ripoff reports for his previous business name. L-O-S-E-R Shame on him. What goes around comes around, and I hope he is miserable one day. |

| ERIC PULIZZANO AND HIS WIFE NICOLE ARE CROOKED AS THEY COME. THEY PREY ON PEOPLE AT A DISTANCE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR WEB SITE DEVELOPMENT. THEY WILL REQUIRE AN UPFRONT DEPOSIT AND THEN DO NO WORK. THEY WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR E-MAILS. THEY ARE RUNNING UNDER THE NAME OF ENP INTERACTIVE AND HAVE SEVERAL OTHER NAMES PREVIOUS. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. |

| These crooks did exactly the same thing to me. After taking my deposit, they broke off all communication until I threatened legal action. Then his wife emailed with a lame story about he was injured and is in the hospital. She tried to guilt trip me but finally agreed to refund the money. Then they vanished again. I've had letters sent to them from my attorney but they have different addresses so I don't know if they were received or not. I have filed complaints with local police, internet crime complaints, consumer protection services, and Florida Attorney General and so far nothing has happened. It's obvious he has been doing this to people for some time and needs to be arrested. |

| These two people are complete sociopathic crooks. They operate under various names and business names (Axiom 13, Level 13 and ENP Interactive.) Their website says they've been in business on the Level 13 site since 1996 however, this domain has only been registered for about a year. They have an address listed in LA as: Registrant Organization: Level 13 Media Inc. Registrant Street: 1230 Midvale Avenue Registrant City: Los Angeles Registrant State/Province: California Registrant Postal Code: 90024 Registrant Country which appears to possibly be a parking lot though mutiple ISP traces lead them to the Valrico address. They also operate under the last name "Snow" and have complaints on ripoffreport.com under various names. A search of other sites revealed they have a police report against them too in California and they have a West Florida BBB report about them online saying they were paid to do work and didn't deliver it. A call to the BBB revealed they have additional reports pending. There are already reports against them with the FTC. Please call and report them as well if they scammed you so they can go after these two. Federal Trade Commission: 877-382-4357. I just joined the bandwagon of getting scammed by them. I gave them a $500 deposit, they gave me some visual content and then I gave them another $750. They were very attentive for weeks, we spoke on the phone several times. I fell prey to their crazy lies. The lies just kept escalating. We had a family emergency, Eric is at the Doctor's office, Nicole is sick. They are both sick alright. I only wish I searched here, before I gave them 1 red cent!!!
I have already started the legal proceedings.
Hopefully, we will bring these losers to justice!!! |
