I employed Eric Pazner for a year. The service started in Nov of 2008 to Oct of 2009. He was employed for a custody case where the xwife wanted to take joint custody away. All attorneys will promise you the world and then fall short on delivering. Mr. Pazner did deliver exactly what he promised. He won my case and I was very happy with his results. I am writing this not so much as a scam report but, more of a cautionary note.
I spent $11,000.00 fighting this case. My perception was that there was money spent that should not have been spent. For example, He charged $400.00 for case review when it had been four weeks since our last court case and 5 weeks before our next date. He went fought battles that attorney Joe Abood thought was a waste of time and when I brought it up he refused to back down. That battle cost me over $3,000.00 and in the end was a waste of time and money. After winning my case I gave him $900.00 to cover any late expenses. He used part of that and within 3 weeks made my positive balance of $560.00 disappear. Complaining to Eric Pazner was a waste of time and to date I have not heard back from him. I have filed a complaint with the state but, I dont have alot of hope that I will ever see my money.
Mr. Pazner is a competent skilled attorney however there are other just as skilled competent attorneys out there who can get the job done much cheaper. I guess if you have unlimited cash go for it. He will do a fine job for you. If you dont like to waste money and feel like left over money is yours and not a bonus for your attorney go elsewhere.
