As a current employee of this company the reasons why this corporation is really shady: 1) This is a very unprofessional and absolutely a shady company. I do not recommend working at this company they have been constantly letting go of employees and restructuring the company just to cut costs on labor. The whole training spill is a lie and a shamble.Especially, when the trainer says that you can grow within this company and your job is safe. That is a lie you have to make up to a certain amount of sits each day meaning after you make an appointment both of the homeowners have to be at home, but sometimes you can't control if the homeowners make these appointments it is out of your control if they cancel it so basically these appointments and these sits that you make is completely external and out of your control. 2) Also the upper management has admitted to cancelling appointments and overbooking just to make more room for part timers. In addition, to eliminating full timers. They also make full timers
work 6 days a week that includes a Friday night and Saturdays mornings until mid afternoon. This is a shady company that cares just about costs and not the employees well being. This company Green Monster is now known as Energy Savings Alliance due to complaints and they are on the Business Better Bureau. They constantly let go employees from 10-20 a month just to make more profit to restructure. 3) Also they overcharge you on the the "solar energy products" where you can just get it simply down at home or take advice from a simple utility company. Sometimes you're not even guaranteed a rebate or a government subsidy at all and you might just earn about $40 and not the whole $5000 that is guaranteed. Also some of the contractors that they hire since this company is a middle man is not reliable and don't really look at the home they just put in the products that they think you need and leave without really getting your consultation. 3)On top of that they are just the middle man and will have other companies look into your homes and these energy consultants they hire are just regular people on the streets that just pitch sales! Overall, don't buy into this company you'll start off at $9 working on the weekends. This is a very shady company and you'll see why many workers hate it here! In the end, future employees save your time and energy and don't work a this company. Customers if you receive a phone call about "energy savings" "esa" and let me check your "credit report" bottom line it's a scam and just automatically hang up!

| I am an employee here and I like it. The company is in its 3rd year and it only gets restructured for the better. The bonus structure before was nice but the company was not making money and it was giving out thousands of dollars in bonuses. The whole point of a company is to make money. And the new bonus structure benefits both the employee and company. I think its a pretty good place to work at. The job is EASY, you get a starting salary. The hours have since changed so working on weekends for F/T is optional. The management is very nice. Very understanding. They also do games on the floor and contests to keep things fun. And we always get free breakfasts on Fridays.Sometimes we get free lunches and we always do fun things and get food on holidays. Its business casual but very laid back and so far everyone gets along pretty well. And you definitely can be promoted. I was promoted, and also 7 other people this past month were promoted into different areas of the call center. Also the last line about a credit report is silly. We don't check credit reports. Also, they only let go of employees who don't perform, or who are stealing lunches, or who are drinking at work. They weed out the slackers. And people who don't do their job. and in the past two months they probably let go about 5 people. Only because of their inability to come to work ON TIME. |

| I don't know anything else but one thing for sure is that YES, they check your credit report. Because this guy from ONE Engergy just left our house (10 min ago) as my husband wants to check more about the company and the service they are providing when we told to give our information so that they can check our credit report. |

I installed the greenmonster products at my home. I did see about a $5 savings in my water bill - but my electric went up. The "sealing" that was done in the air ducts was a joke. And the Kay-var unit that was installed to save us - they suggested to take out because "they found it wasn't working for some homes". So I saved NO money because the $5 I saved in water was eaten up by my power going up because of the kay var unit.
I do NOT recommend working with any of these companies. If you are interested in a solar water heater - call around and get a good price. ON JUST that. And realize that it will take YEARS to recoup your investment.
DO NOT get all the other stuff they sell. It does not work. I know because I bought into it and now i am eating crow. |

Green Monster, I am other victim of them. RICHARD ANDERSON OF UTAH, an employee of GREEN MONSTER, come to my home to offer the great deal.
1. First lay : Advertise Green MOnster in your propety and recommended 10 people to visit and you will receive a rebate, $2, 000 from the company. I am awaiting for this, .
2. Second Lay: Taxes, you will receive $4, 000 from Federal, dollar by dollar from your taxes. It is not true, why they mention Federal Taxes?. Means that once you had filed your Income Taxes, the Federal will send you a check of $4, 000.
3. Rebate from SOCAEDISON $4, 000 Once the city of Fontana approves the work. I never received this amount.
The city of Fontana will not approve this work because GREEN MONSTER did not placed a wind equipment.
I commenced to pay the credit of almost $15, 000 with GE BANK at 11% when my credit score is 850 points.
Nothing that the vendor told me was true. Now I am facing a GE BANK credit Card, which I though to be paid $10, 000 from the rebates. The electricity bill and gas are higher than before GREEN MONSTER placed the equipment in my property..
The horrible job was done in August of 2011 I'm still have a hole in the garage and all cables under my head.
An inspector come to my home to inspect the job however he did not leave any card or any paper. He said He found a lot of mistakes in work made by GREEN MONSTER.
I am no able to pay $200 per month to GE BANK I sent a ltr to three credit reports an GE BANK. I explained the situation, this will be my first default in payments, because GREEN MONSTER. I explained to the vendor that my income was not taxable, and my husband is in Social Security and that in the future we wish to pay less expenses. Nevertheless this false employee of UTAH, RICHARD ANDERSON, prepared all paperwork and we had to sign the same day.
Not only I'll sue GREEN MONSTER, also RICHARD ANDERSON, oF UTAH.
i'AM LOOKING FOR OTHER VICTIMS WHO WANT TO FILE A CLASS ACTION SUE AGAINST THIS PEOPLE. . |

GREEN MONSTER HAS A SUSPENDED LICENCE IN CALIFORNIA.
THEY TRY TO OBTAIN PERMITS AFTER THE SOLAR THERM WAS INSTALLED.
CITY OF FONTANA WONT ISSUE ANY PERMIT TO THIS COMPANY.
PLEASE FILE A CLASS ACTION SUE AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
