I have been working as a brand Ambassador for 5+ years. I am very experienced and professional. I have never canceled and event, showing late, dressed unproffesionally or have had a manager complain about me. In fact i always take lead role, i always do more then i am required to. Every manager that i have worked with has only good things to say about me.
I have never written a scam report before or done anything like that before. Until now HERE IS MY STORY! I am registered with the company called ENCORE NATIONWIDE (www.encorenationwide.com) for at least 4 years. I have worked 2 or 3 jobs through them. My last job was in 2009 not sure of the month.
Like i described before i am very professional and take every job seriously i like working for companies not just one time , so i do my best to make sure next time they have an event, promo or trade show etc they call me because i did a great job. I like doing long time relationships with all companies.
Even though i am registered with many companies i constantly check "craigslist" for other promotional jobs in my area.
Since my last job with Encore in 2009, i have not received any invites neither on my email or in my E planner as they call it. I saw yesterday March 9th 2001 (http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/evg/2256293362.html) that the company is looking for staff in my city for a long event.
usually when there is a job in your area you receive an email telling you about it, not only i did not receive an email but when i logged into my "E planner" i did not see any jobs.
So i emailed the craigslist email, and i also called left a voice mail at their 1 800 get staff line. i also filed a contact us form that was on their website.
The Next day i receive a response from the contact form that i had filed. Here is the exact response i received.
" It looks like you received some poor feedback on a job you did which lowered you internal grade, therefore limiting the invitations you will receive. I would recommend that if you do get on another job with us that you knock it out of the park so you can get your grade up.
Regards, Jeff RauhOwner/COOEncore Nationwide1-310-357-2630 " I do not recall anybody from my past jobs having negative comments about me so i told the person apparently the CEO of the company that this has been an error probably and i offered him the names and numbers of my last managers so he can call them and ask about me. At the same time i receive an email from someone else from the company saying
" According to my notes, the lead model on the ____ promo said you were late and a bit hard to work with. I wasn't there, so I don't know what happened... This will not prevent you from getting work, but our bookers may think twice. Hope this helps " Usually when there are events, the company hires one person as a "Lead Model". This Lead model is no one special just someone the company chosses paying them a little more and having them log in and out everybody at the event and apperently the "lead model" writes notes about the staff. I emailed back both people , including the CEO Jeff, telling them that they shouldn't lower someone score on their profile preventing them from years of getting jobs ( my last job with them was in 2009 it is march 2011 now), based only on what the lead model says. I can assure you that my manager (the Client) at the event were satisfied of my performance. Also i can guarantee you that i did not get late for the event at that time i was living downtown down the street from where the event was, so i didn't even had to drive to the event. It is a small world among the people who do promotions Especially in a small city like ours where we live. We all know each other. My boyfriend at that time like i said was living in a nice condo the best in downtown, i was getting dropped off and pick from all promotions in a super nice European car, i am beautiful young fit girl myself. I am 100% Sure that the person "the Lead Model" was jealous of me, and wanted to ruin my reputation so i don't get jobs. I told this to the CEO Jeff and all he said was to check the E planner and call the recruiter who hires the stuff for the specific jobs, and i already told him that i don't get invites to jobs no more! i don't even have access to that recruiter information so i can call him. The only way i found out about the coming up job was through craigslist not through my E planner. It is so UNPROFESSIONAL for a company to remove their staff from their Job Invites just based on what the Lead model have reported. They should contact the client DIRECTLY and see how the event was executed and ask if any of the staff caused trouble was difficult to work with or was late.
If they did not they would actually hear how great i personally performed how i took initiative and professional i acted and performed. and if they have done that they would have knows that their LEAD MODEL lies to them. She should have been the one removed not me.
I told this to Jeff the CEO as well. ENCORE Lost a Great Employee today! It is RIDICULOUS to have registered experienced staff in the city the promotion is taking place, and just because this staff (me) had a lower grade because of the Lead Model. The Company Encore is desperately looking for NEW STAFF to hire for this event. They Trust that new person more then someone who has already filed all paperwork and who has worked for them in the past. Also like i said i never have canceled an event and my promotional resume is 20+pages. A New Staff will do a better job then me? Its all in the past now. I am removed from their system and i will tell all my friends to NEVER WORK FOR ENCORE NATIONWIDE EVER!

• You are beautiful
• You are fit
And the lead model was jealous of you.
Wow. You forgot humble.
We do not just pick lead models at random. We pick them based on their experience, rating and feedback from previous jobs.
