Has not completed work as promised and will not return my money or old car parts.

Empire Motors runs an add in newspapers for old cars / parts, etc. They claim they can make new parts for your old car, etc. or that they have the parts in stock but first you have to send them your old parts and the price they are asking for the new parts.
Well, after sending $1,000.00 and the old exhaust parts for my fathers 1941 Graham Paige to Empire they said they could make the parts. Now here it is, 2 years, countless unanswered phone calls, e-mails, etc. we have no new parts. Mr. Perriguey is also now threatening to stop all work (if any has actually been done), keep our $1,000.00 and our old parts if we don't stop calling / e-mailing him.
He also mentioned not to use the internet to complain about him & his company. Yeah, that almost worked !!

From what I have found while searching the internet we are not the only ones being scammed by this guy,
some for as long as nine years. They are all having the exact same problem and have the same story line.
Some have filed complaints with the BBB, Texas AG, El Paso Police Dept., etc. but have received not one hint of help or satisfaction.
