Investorshub.com is a scam investor board that allows stock manipulation go on every day and does nothing to protect or help to correct problems imposed against public companies each and every day. Investorshub's management this year plead guilty to charges of stock minipulation and still they stay in business. As a CEO of the company EMAX Worldwide, Inc., I am requesting any and all other CEOs to contact us directly if they have intentions to play a part in a class action suit we are preparing to go after this company
Someone needs to stand up for what is right and the company EMXC will do just that.

I completely agree. Several issue are very evident at IHUB.
1) paid promoters and insiders control many board rooms, which is illegal. Paid bashers are also all over the rooms.
2) Rooms have posters that are pumpers or bashers, not controlled by insiders of companies. That manipulation is not illegal.
3) IHUB management is involved in several P&D's with several dozen stocks over the past couple years. IHUB control management has been proven to have a history of securities violations as well.
The problem is to prove that a non insider controls a board. If not then even the SEC cannot stop 200 bashers or pumpers completely lying about any stock to manipulate it up to dump(P&D) until after the fact, when it is too late. |

| i am an investor who lost around 11 thousand dollars on a stock i discovered on ihub.i am not angry because i lost money.this was a penny stock and at 1 time a sub penny stock.i new the risks and have lost money on penny stocks before.my problem is the fact that there was no real product. and the ridiculous claims by the company and ihub moderators like lady gaga was involved or rapper ne-yo or the backstreet boys..also claiming to have 10s of thousands of subscribers and milions in revenue when it appears that the subscribers were board moderators.moderators who are all over the ihub boards pumping and outright story telling about there stock of the day with user names like Dev G, jd123, Nabbss, cashclan, jimblob and illflyifyoubuy are the worst offenders.god only knows who these people are, maybe there all the same person.this is the only stock iv invested in were i cant find a product, its also obvious that poster who try to alert others to the obvious relationship between companies and moderators are deleted for breaking 'IHUB RULES" moderators that are obvious plants break rules all the time and are not deleted |
