| Refusal to honor 60-Day Money Back Gaurantee |

I purchased his workout program for $27.00 on July 13th, 2012. It was not revealed to me until after the purchase that I would not be able to 100% complete the program because a number of the workouts include moves that I am physically unable to accomplish because of a foot injury (Plantar Fasciitis) in my left foot.
After weeks of e-mails between me and Chandler Marchman, he eventually revealed to me that he will not honor the 60-day money back guarantee on his website because it does not cover "my situation." Furthermore, he refused to assist me in giving me advice on how to modify the program to fit my particular situation. He continued by creating accusations that I was simply "trying to get something for free".

Because I was not warned about the type of moves this program would contain prior to me buying it, I was forced to purchase it in order to discover that I would be unable to complete the program. I was not able to try it for the full 60 days and get the results that he promises on his own website. I was insulted by him in his e-mails, insinuating that my credit card would be blacklisted and that I was trying to "cheat" him by simply asking for the guarantee he claims on his website.
He stated the following to me in an e-mail after I repeated the guarantee to him:
"Did you try it for 60 days? No. You bought it and claimed you couldn't do it because of a condition you knew had. What do you expect bro. Tell me how it's fair that someone like you can STILL have what I sold you while ALSO getting your money back. C'mon bro...This is not my first rodeo. You said it yourself...You didn't even try it...How about this...MAN UP and actually do the program!
The guarantee is for people that I feel give it an honest effort...not for those that want to try and cheat the system...".

During this time, I have not received a program that I can complete, he will not at all assist me in modifying the program correctly, but my Bank account history shows that he has successfully received my $27.00 in the meantime. He has been paid my $27.00 and I have not received a product or assistance for my situation, and will not fulfill the money-back responsibilities that he himself created on his very own website. |

I'm in the same boat! He will not honour the money back guarantee! Saying unless I complete the 90 day program, his accounts team won't honour it as they say I'm taking advantage of the system.
The thing is I have two emails by them contradicting each other! I have also written a complaint on the FTC website! |
