| My Husband and I Purchased 2004 Infiniti QX56 with 105k mikes SUV (LAST 4 OF VIN#:9829) on July 11, 2011 from Elite Motors on 6399 Mission St, San Francisco . The Vehicle was delivered dirty and filthy inside and out, they claim their detail guy was out sick. I purchased the truck for $16,500 for my family. My drive home was a total nightmare, the truck stalled on I-205, Tracy, CA (Have tow charge on credit statement). The fuel gage was broke, and it ran out of gas due to a bad fuel pump, I had it towed to Infiniti dealership in Modesto, CA and found out the electrical system was damaged and the fuel pump was blown. The vehicle was towed back to Elite Motors, San Francisco, and was repaired. Less than a week later, the truck was leaking oil, transmission fluid, and engine was knocking loud. Truck was taken to Infiniti dealer Modesto, technicians discovered the exhaust manifold was crack, radiator hose was leaking, under carriage of truck was rusted beyond repair, rotors and brakes was gone and rusted. Trucks frame was welded and appeared damage, oil pan leaking, transmission fluid leaking, radiator fluid black, transmission gasket broken, head gasket damage, this was now a $7000 repair Job. Infiniti of Modesto body shop, explained the truck was unsafe to drive, due to frame damage, and level of rust. I was furious, Elite motors sold client a Lemon, and a unsafe Truck to where client family could have been killed in a car accident. My husband contacted the dealer, and Aman the sales manager explained, the truck was sold "as is" and its my clients responsibility to fix the truck, and they did a complete inspection prior to selling. My husband ask, if they did a complete inspection, why did you not notice the brakes and rotor TOTALLY RUSTED AND GONE, oil lead, transmission leak, radiator hose leak, and black radiator fluid was not detected, he said, it could of happened after we purchase the truck, but claimed he would fix the truck, but we have to pay for parts. Why should we pay over $3000 in parts for a Truck that should not have been on the car lot, or totally unsafe to drive with a damage body frame. My husband told Aman, he will see him in Court, and he appeared to not care. My husband said, we will return the truck to dealer, he said, have the finance company Repo the truck The truck was sold less than 4 weeks ago, and driven for 1 week, and 30 days or NON-OPERATABLE at the dealership, and spend over $800 on tow and rent a car fees. This caused so much emotional distress, because of the Dealer refusal to repair the truck , and blame on the consumer, as the defects occurred after we purchase the truck. We have repair quote from Infiniti of Modesto, CA (209) 557-9990, CASE# 7290. SERVICE MANAGER: ANDREW. Elite Motors in our opinion, crooks, thieves, heartless SOB, and deceptive as they knowingly sold a salvage truck to a family to die in a fiery crash on the freeway, the worst dealer on the planet to do business with. they sold us a truck, that for all purpose was dragged out of the Pacific ocean, and should have been a salvage title. ******BEWARE, DONT BUY FROM ELITE MOTORS, SAN FRANCISCO*********, OR YOU WILL END UP WITH A TOTAL GARBAGE CAR.I AM FILING CLAIMES WITH DMV, STATE AUTO LICESNING BOARD, ATTORNEY GENERAL TO WAGE CRIMINAL CHARGES, BBB, scam REPORT, AND THE FBI. |

| UPDATE: 08/15/2011: Elite Motors told BBB they sold us a car that broke down the first day, and they fixed the fuel injector, and the car is fine, the car is nonoperative at the INFINITI Dealer for 30 days, unsafe with tons of engine problems, but since we did not purchase extended warranty. We are responsible for the $9000 in repairs, including frame damage, exhaust manifold cracks, leaking radiator hose, leaking oil and transmission fluid, bad brakes and rotors. I am assuming the warranty would cover these damages. What a bunch of crooks.!!! |
