Joe Pacifico From Elite Game Speed purchased sports turf for his facility on 2/2/2011 for $14,090.00 for which he PAID for up front. Joe Pacifico then ordered an additional 12' x 75' roll of turf be sent on 2/9/2011 for a total of $4093. We made the mistake of trusting him that the "check was in the mail" and delivered the turf before receiving payment. Of course, Joe saw his opportunity to steal the turf and the check never arrived. Joe Pacifico lied for almost a year saying he would pay for it; so we put a lien on the building during that time. (see example email from him at the bottom). Joe's landlords; Jennie Eason and Ben Eason then performed some legal procedure with the state of Florida to get the mechanics lien removed from their building; despite the fact Joe Pacifico never cleared his balance. They did nothing to help recover the money or stolen sports turf in their building...so birds of a feather right.... After YEARS of attempting to collect the remaining balance, Joe has an outstanding balance of 3,483.00 and doesn't respond to collections or emails. Joe Pacifico intentionally stole the 12' x 75' roll of sports turf for Elite Game Speed (his company). It is unlikely if you extend credit to Joe Pacifico you will EVER get paid. Anyone wishing to question this may obtain a copy of his invoice from us at any time...as I'm sure he will post a completely false allegation trying to hide the fact he stole from us.
