I had a problem with my 42 inch LCD HD Sylvania tv. It displayed shadows in the picture, so I phoned my cable company and they sent out a repair man first, and secondly new equipment, but the problem still persist. It was suggested by Sylvania hotline to call a repair person, due to it was the tv set. So, I phoned a few places that wanted me to bring the tv into the shop. I did not want to wrap up the tv and bring it into a shop, so I phoned Electronix,etc, because their ad said they may be able to fix it in my home. A.K.A. Michael Percy came to my home, and explained what was going on with my tv, and how much it would cost, and that her needed a deposit of $125 half of the total cost of $250 to fix and order parts from the manufacturer. He came to the house with supposively tv repair equipment and dressed in regular attire. After all, tv repair men can't make a living off of just repairing tv's. Off, Mr. Michael Percy went with my set, I phoned him within a week, and he said the parts had'nt come in as of yet. By the following week I was suspicious with not one call or update. When I did contact him, he said I will phone you in 15 minutes, and have avoided my calls since Oct. 2, 2010. Today's date is December.27, 2010. I think he sold my tv for drugs or something. I contacted several official offices, Police,BBB, Attorney General Office, detectives, and etc. The Attorney General Office said he had did this job to one other person other than I. He needs to be stopped.
