eHarmony eHarmony engages in FRAUDULENT credit card charges los angeles, California

eHarmony has cleverly designed its system to automatically charge your credit card, and notify you 10 days after they charge you. However, in their terms you have only 3 days to request a refund. For this reason, they notify you 10 days instead of immediately. They will NEVER give you a refund. This is credit card FRAUD and if enough people complain with the Federal Trade Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission, they will be forced to change their policies.


How to fight them:


DO NOT use PAYPAL, if possible use American Express, Visa or Mastercard.


American Express is the preferred method because they allow you to easily dispute anyone who does NOT have a signed agreement. If you have been ripped off file a report with www.ftc.gov and www.sec.gov .
