I purchased a vehicle through a car lot named EezyCredit Auto Sales based out of Clifton Park, NY finding out they are scam artists. First 1 Financial works together with this car lot and scam innocent people. When you try to contact them (First 1) they are unprofessional, cut you off, and even argue with you. They love calling and saying I am behind when in fact I always pay double ahead of time. They try to over charge my bank account and think I dont keep track. I get a message to my blackberry every time they try to access my account. They allowed the car lot (EezyCredit) to finance me a vehicle that wasn't even re-possessed yet ( so not legal to sell yet) and not even 3 months of having the vehicle the engine died. You might wonder what First 1 Finacial has to do with the engine, well apparently the previous customer turned it back over because it had tons of problems, and First 1 Financial was notified by me about this and wondering why they would be conducting business with a business who continues getting loans financed left and right to make a quick buck on crappy vehicles! EezyCredit won't help me and expect me to pay for the uneccesary outrageous repairs! Well they are sadly mistaken, because I shouldn't have to pay for an engine after only having it 3 months!! I should be entitled to get my money back and return the vehicle, all First 1 Financial says is it is not their problem! Well it is, because I was sent to them by the car lot and now owe First 1 Financial money for a vehicle that don't even run! So it is indeed their problem. The way they speak to me is ridiculously rude and I want justice! I want both companies to do what's right! I have six other customers who were also scammed by EezyCredit LLC Clifton Park, NY.

| Alot of people who are complaing about being scammed by used car dealerships need to keep in mind why they had to go to a buy here pay here. They went to one because they have bad credit and most of the time have never payed a bill in their life. So they have been scamming the system for years by not paying their bills. Now it has caught up to them and can not be financed anywhere else so they go to buy here pay heres. So now the scammers are trying to scam another business who is in the business of making money off of people who need help getting financed. The customers don't mention they pick out these cars when they are on the lot. They know the cars have problems and need to be fixed. So as they give their sob stories they should go into full detail. All of them have a story why they have never payed a bill or have bad credit. All all of them expect a new vehicle for a $1000 down and horrible credit. Welcome to the real world people... This is not fantasy world where new dealerships give out brand new cars problem free for nothing... Wake up and change the sheets go to work and fix your credit and debt problems and be glad you even have a car. A vehicle is a priveledge.. |

Please learn to spell before you get on your high horse. Obviously you have time to peruse other people's comments, tell me is it while you are at work? Suggest you go back to your cubicle, break out the dictionary, and learn to play nice with others before we find you and beat you into a pulp in your little cubicle. |

Never in my life have I ever been inside a cubicle. I would love for a little computer gangster as yourself to come and bring me a dictionary. Obviously I do not make my money from writing or reading about your whiney or threating comments. Like I said when ever you would like to bring me a dictionary you can, oh waite the key word you used was we, definetly you will need more than 1. |

| The comment about people needing to go to buy here pay here bc they never paid a bill is idiotic.. I'm looking into going to one myself because my MEDICAL degree has left me with a ton of student loan debt and we already finance one car so the bank won't finance another due to debt to income ratio. Narrow minded people make me sick! |
