Edwards Detective Agency
Edwards Detective Agency David Edwards Fraud, failure to perform services Internet
16th of Jan, 2011 by User251111
This constitutes the factual basis for my complaint against David Edward Martinez doing business as Edwards Detective Agency.I am an attorney and retained the agency on December 24, 2010 by payment of $800 paid to Martinez for the service of conducting surveillance at a certain property location from December 25, 2010 at 2 pm to December 26, 2010 at 4 pm.

I inquired about the status at approximately 4 pm on December 25, 2010.Martinez claimed he had "an associate" at the property conducting the surveillance. He asked me where I was, which seemed irrelevant to me, and I told him truthfully that I was in San Francisco.Later I realized that this question was asked so that I could not verify that he was not actually at the property.

I asked him to take a photograph of the scene. An hour and a half later, he told me could not, that it was too dark.He is supposed to be a private detective. He should have been taking photographs periodically all day and any time any movement occurred.I did not get a single photograph, did not get a chronological log of events occurring at the property, and I did not get any reliable information as to what was happening during the surveillance. What I believe is that Mr. Martinez took my money, went by the property at most once, and that was the sum total of everything he did.Attached as Exhibit A is his ad highlighting his skills in surveillance.

That amounts to fraud.

Mr Benjamine Pavone a typical attorney who indeed likes to sue, or sue happy; he would like to think that all or everyone is out to rip him off, really he is just paranoid.

He never once called in to see how his case was progressing he would just text like a thriteen year old girl. who does business like this? It was last years Christmas night where he wanted last minuet investigtaions into who was going into his office while he was away, once again pavone being paranoid.

Anyway I have all reports and pictures of surveillance. maybe i can text them to him, but he will not answer me or his phone. well if he needs some more surveillnace on christmas night give me a call and we can text eachother while watching talyor swift vidoes or the new movie Twilight braeking dawn!

FRANKFURT—Europe's fragile economy showed deepening distress as industrial production dropped across the euro zone, dimming hopes the region's leaders will be to resolve a debt crisis that German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Monday called Europe's "most difficult hours since World War II."

Italy was forced to pay its highest interest rate since the euro's creation to sell five-year bonds—a sign of skepticism that new governments in Italy and Greece will be able to simultaneously boost economic growth and reduce high public-debt levels.

European stocks fell, as did the euro, amid concern that the euro bloc may slump into recession at ...

Oh, I did post the photos of surveillance, the BSIS cleared me, the consumer affairs cleared me and the 30 police vetern, and war vetern.

I was not there my other investigator was there doing surveillance, a 30 year vetern of the san diego police department, working on christams for this, whats the word im looking for' oh a lawyer!

He just wanted to see if his wife was fooling around on him, which she was not; he is a paronoid man and once he got the information he texted me, no phone call and no working out the case, or talking about the case two christmas's ago. what a scrooge.

some kind of attorney, like the kind on bus stops

Mr Provone is a little man who is paranoid, with little hands soft and moist. anyway I had an investigator proceed to Mr. Pravone's address located at 3951 Atascadero Drive in San Diego on Christmas day in regards to see if his wife was cheating on him. he stated he was in San Francisco, the investigator knew he was not, that is why he was asking.
The investigator under penalty of perjury testified that he was there and had photos to prove it, as well as a written statement, like most attorneys they do not like to pay, I don't care about all the liens Mr. Provone has, its none of my business. not all attorneys are bad, most of my clients are attorneys. I thought I was helping a guy out on Christmas day, I feel bad for his wife.
I will share the photos of Ben Pavones house and wife, if she is still with him. I will check.
