Edison Magazine against their contract! Florida

I signed up with Edison Magazine on July 26th with a promise that i would receive $100 voucher. the payments were $33.73 every 2 months for 3 magazines, 2 of them monthly and one weekly. I was told that it would end after 30 months. The man i spoke to said that the voucher was gonna be sent out that day. A week later nothing. I called, they told me there was a problem and they would resend it out with a bonus gifts of a $25 gas card, $25 restaurant card and $150 worth of grocery coupons. Nothing came. I called back 2 weeks later and they told me it was all on the way, wait a few more days. Another week passes so i called them again. Now, they tell me the coupons are on the internet and they gave me the web site. That didn't work. I had to call them back to get that fixed. I finally got access to the coupons but they are limited to only a what they say i can go. No gas card and the vouchers have restrictions that no one told me about.
It is now Sept. 14 and I still have nothing. No magazines! I called for a refund and i told them what they have done and told me that i can walk out of the contract for $400 and some dollars! but they can lower my payment now if i want to $29 every 2 months for 26 months.
I am very unhappy with this company and they refuse reimbursement saying i am in a contract no matter what. I don't know what to do. Please Help!!
