Smoother Movers Anthony Butterfield Treated me like a stupid woman and had horrible customer service Portland, Oregon

It has been awhile since I used them however I feel that people should know about how they treated me. No one should be treated as I was. They never did try to resolve the issue. The continually hung up on me and the email that was sent was horrible. NO ONE should use these guys. I used them a three years ago and they were horrible. I have added an email I received from them when I tried to recover some money after they damaged a piece of my furniture. They were also nearly 3 hours late and then they sent one man and his neighbor who had a felony conviction. Here is the email, foul language and all. From: Danny Warren

Subject: RE: Receipt ok fudge profesional how about real i dont know why you women are so fucking up tight like you have nothing better to do you got moved for hella cheep if you wanted profesional you wouldent have cut corners if i charged your ass 98 an hour then i could see how youwould be upset you know what im not going to finnish this e-mail cause ur just not worth it you want an entertainment center send me a reciept for your article as well as bar code on box and ill replace or send you cash
