Eden Effects Inc Did not deliver on two differant times set date and can't get my 4,700 dollars refunded Morganton, North Carolina

A sales rep for Eden Effects came to my home and sold me a water treatment systems. We set up a delivery date for the following Fri.that was cancel. So I was told I would have this system install the next day Sat. No one show up that day. I call and cancel the order 828 433 0551. The sales rep call me and ask I would still let them set another date to have them install system. I said no I want my 4,700 back. You told me there was a 30 return back guarantee. I did not even get the system why should I have to wate for a refund? He told me they would mail me forms I should fill them out when they got it back they would refund my money. I am still waiting for the forms from sept 4th. I was told I would have the forms in two days. I read in customers report that the same has happen to others for the same amount and they have not got there refund from July. Some have been calling with no satisfaction. This co must be given a notice to return refunds as due and not hold peoples money for a unreasonable amount of time. When you research them you will fine so many poor people have been scam badly.
