eClubDepot electronically took money out of my checking account Internet

I applied for a pay day loan. I recevied the loan and about a week later when I checked my checking account I found that eClubDepot had taken $99 out of my account. I called the compnay because I had recevied an e-mail from them welcoming me to the club. I had not a clue who they were. When I started asking them questions and said that I wanted my money refunded the person in customer services was very helpful (or so I thought). I was told that they would process a refund and that I should have my money refunded back into my account shortly. After a week, I called again and I was told that they had a problem sending the money back to my bank and they would process it again. A week later I called again and was told that they were having a problem with returning the money again. I explained that they were the only ones having a problem. I then called my bank and asked to be sent a copy of the electronic check. I called eCluDepot again and again (third and fourth times) and these times I wasn't very nice. I was told they would send me a check. I asked if the check would be good and I also asked for a mailing address. The next thing I knew I got a dial tone. When I immediately called back I received a recording that the number I reached was not in service. I hung up and called back twice more to the same number and was given the same recording.

Should you ever see EClubDepot on your bank statement - kiss that amount goodbye if not caught on the day it was due to be paid. They are a scam.
