I feel like I had to write about my experience with "Mr Easy". I agree with another writer, he is definately "Mr Sleazy". What a scam artist! Using his Christian values to gain trust, only to abuse it! I am an older person that fell into his sleazy trap, ashamed to admit it, but angry enough to hopefully spare someone else. It seems he preys on the elderly and out of towners, who would be the least informed and the easiest target. He claimed we could invest in a home, renovate it, and sell for a profit. But when it was all said and done, there was no profit to be made, only a loss. He did the renovations and I believe he charged me triple on rehab and this is how he made his profit.

However, I contacted the property appraiser and they informed me Easy Homes 123 does not own any real estate in Polk County, not even under Steve S Mitchell. Furthermore, he does not have a real estate license to practice real estate, or a mortgage license for himself or for Lynn Browning. My research results shows that they are not true investors, as they own no real estate to sell, and they are not real estate agents to sell the homes like they have been doing. I have no intention to ever do business again with Easy Homes 123, Steve SMitchell, or Lynn Browning. Check out this link to see for yourself what I am talking about!

Owner of easy homes 123. We own all homes we sell. We have the right to sell the homes we own. You do not have to be a mortgage broker or real estate agent to sell a home you own. Bad information if you have any questions please call me directly. Steve s Mitchell 863-640-7355. I don't see what being a Christian has to do selling a home. But I Am and I am not defending that. Anyone I have scammed please fell free to call me direct. Who is this. No name no face opines are like ________ everyone has one.
