David Wilborn of DWM Investments and Savior Construction has disappeared with $5k of my money and $500 from another individual and $800 from another in my City. He has issued a Lease to Purchase contract to me with so many loopholes created in his favor that I am dizzy. He has stated his intention to buy property in his company name on my behalf since November 11,2010. I have been planning a move in and move out but David keeps disappearing when it is time for him to close on property. He has provided several "Contracts" to me and even an assurance that I will move into property within 5 to 6 weeks after his offer has been accepted by the bank. In the same paragraph, he stipulates a postulate that if he doesn't close on property, I will either have money transferred toward another nebulous lease to own situation or receive a refund within 5 to 7 business days after " Non-Close". He also has provided me a contract stating that all of the commitment fees are non-refundable, yet, he at the same time has submitted a contract stating that he will use the funds toward purchase, in an email he states the funds go toward closing fees, I am now dizzy and dazed. This person preys on what he considers to be undesirables, the only thing he underestimated is that I am a fighter and have been a business owner with many ups and downs and that I am smart enough to have sought legal advice. Also, I am speaking out for others like myself who may have been laid off, gone through a divorce, be between careers and yet want to still partake in the American Dream. Once David laughed when I mentioned the possiblility of seeking an FHA loan, he told me they didn't want to be bothered, that's why I am coming to him... wrong answer. I am determined to speak out for victims like me and of course to make sure we all get our money refunded. I didn't mention that David Wilborn finally sent a contract to me on February 25th after receiving money from me in early November. He posted the property for sale before even purchasing it on February 26th, the day after I received two signed contracts. At that time, he was still communicating with me and had me to deposit $1k in his account on March 1st. He has not returned my telephone call since. My credit rating is not my character rating... I wonder what David Wilborns' is.... |
