We paid Kevin Goolsby thousands of dollars to create and complete our website. He initially wanted ALL the money up front without a contract. When we asked for a contract he provided us with a generic "ONE FITS ALL" contract that was useless. We created the contract based on our desires and needs, and it was agreed upon by both parties that it would ONLY take a month to complete the site for us. After making our first payment we NEVER heard from Kevin Goolsby and he did not provide us with any work he had done to show us how the site was progressing. He tried to pass some BS logo on us that my daughters could have done, and when we questioned the work he realized we weren't some punks. We had to constantly email and call and leave messages NUMEROUS times because he was NOT working on the project. He often made excuses about "BIGGER" projects that happened to come up that he decided to take--putting our already paid for project on the back-burner. When we made the second of three payments then he visually started the work. After having to straighten this liar and thief out for SIX MONTHS we FINALLY had our site HALF-DONE!!! There were numerous gramatical errors, the edits to photos were horrible and done as if he could care less, the FOR SALE page was NEVER even worked on, the CONTACT page buttons and links didn't work either. We had already made the finally payment in error before he COMPLETED the work, because he begged us for MORE money that we agreed on even though he was SIX MONTHS behind in getting the work done?! He needed money for his phone and also mentioned that things in Atlanta were becoming slower. We encouraged him to keep pressing forward and that things would get better--but how if YOU do BS work and don't honor your contracts and treat your clients like dirt?! Ohh he will come off VERY nice and professional in the beginning, but ALL HE WANTS IS YOUR MONEY and then he will get to your project whenever he feels like it--LONG after it's suppose to be done. We have had to pay other web designers thousands of dollars to fix Kevin Goolsby's mistakes and to complete work he NEVER finished as was determined in our contract. Our business suffered due to a HALF YEAR of having our website down and sat upon by Kevin Goolsby. After we gave him our last payment we NEVER heard from him again. We called and emailed him asking for information pertaining to our site with NO response. He is a liar and a thief, and we aren't the kind of people whose money and time you play with. We STRONGLY advise the general public NOT to do business with Kevin Goolsby or his companies. We are CONFIDENT that this isn't the first or second time Kevin Goolsby has done someone WRONG and as long as people don't speak out on it or do something it WON'T be the last time he steals someone's money and damages their business.
