First of all, thank you for your order.
As stated on our website and during checkout process, all orders take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
First, the order is PROCESSED, PACKAGED and SHIPPED which takes 5-7 days (all orders are processed and shipped directly by our suppliers). At this point we mark the order as COMPLETE on the website. Then the package takes another 1-3 weeks in the air before it is DELIVERED (total transit time depends on your country and city).
All orders are shipped via SMALL PACKET AIR MAIL and unfortunately this service does not have a tracking number. Although it is a great, cost effective service that allows us to offer you FREE SHIPPING.
In the end, your order is on schedule and will arrive within the 2-4 week time frame.
I hope that better explains our processing, shipping and delivery situation.
Please note, that during the holidays with Royal Mail having 4-5 non working days, packages can be delayed about a week. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. --
