Duvera Financial
Duvera Financial unprofessional fraud Internet
12th of Sep, 2011 by User268787
We were assigned Duvera Finacial to make payments to( when we purchased something else). They do not know how to collect payments. They would email me about late fees when they had my account # and was to take the payment out automatically. Then my contract with the other company cancelled and they were not to draft anymore payments. Well guess what they did after the account was closed. How crooked was that. Be careful who you give your debit card # to. I contacted them by email. They other company said Duvera knew of the mistake, got a hold of me, and corrected it. They did not do any of those things. When I did get a response (after 4 attempts) she was rude!! Said that I already saw the refund?? Don't even know what that meant. Said the refund went through on a date that was before the money was drafted. Just purely arrogant and rude. They wronged me and then they are the opposite of apologetic. Sooo very unprofessional and just crooks. Still taking payments out when the account is closed. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

I signed up with Duvera Finantial who is associated with Horizon Learning and connected to another learning coaching website called Impact KI is helping me to understand how to use Ebay. They also recommend signing up on a dropshipper website to upload instock items from that website to my Ebay page. When someone wants to purchase an item from my Ebay page, I end up paying more for sending the item out to them than I receive from the purchase, because the send out shipping fee and paying the price for the item on the dropshipper site is more money spent from me than received from the person. But anyway, it wasn't until after I signed up I found out that I had a non-cancellable monthly charge from Duvera Finantial, and when I tried to cancel, the closest arrangement that could be done is the monthly charge could be reduced per month, and when I asked if my account could be put on hold I asked back in October, they said it could be, but that didn't stop the monthly charges from being deducted. And now they said to me since I haven't had much success with the previous coach, they're setting me up with a new one that they say has more experience with helping me know how to use Ebay, and loading items up on to it from dropshipper sites. No matter my attemps, it's still costing me a fortune, and the only source of weekly income will end sometime within the next few months, then I think I'll haveto file for bankruptsy. I even got desperate enough to pretend I was someone else to these scammers and that I have died, and hoped the contract would automatically be cancelled permanantly, but they requested a death certificate. That's my story for now.

I was wrong about Horizon Learning LLC/ Duvera Financial being scammers. After much confusion, they have sorted things out for me, and are reasonably taking care of my requests to no longer be part of their contract that I had signed up for last August. I hope others that signed the contract with them know this as well, so whatever issues that the other people had or are still dealing with know that it can be resolved with Horizon Learning as long as they're not being reported on scam reporting sites like this. This is my statement after much communicating with Horizon Learning LLC/ Duvera Financial.

Well, lets begin with a promise to make money with Ebay under SEO (Successful Education Online). This did not happen, they called me several time to start a Corp. cost $1500 and then open a ebay store (a monthly cost). Always asking for more money. Then, when I told them I have NO money, the calls stopped but they took money out of my account for no reason, except to fulfill the contract in which they never fulfilled on their end. They are crooks and liars. One person even said, "It takes money to make money". I warn you they change names and is working under the same hook, line and sinker.
