I ordered my dress on March 23, They charged my card that very same day. I received a call the next day to confirm my order, i was told that i would receive my dress by May 1, my wedding is June 1. Whenever i checked the status of my order,it had two order number's. One would say pending and the other processing. Their website states that after they receive your payment, they would send a confirmation of your order and delivery date. I emailed support a few times, no response. I finally spoke to Rose on Live Chat. She stated that pending meant my payment didn't go through and to try again, i informed her that the payment did go through and was on my statement as we speak! She asked for my order number, she than proceeded to tell me that, she confirmed with the Manufacturer, they are short on worker's, my dress and several other's are delayed, i will receive it by May 20th, hope i would understand and she will send me a $20 discount coupon. If not acceptable, i could receive a full refund. What!! i asked why i was just now informed of this, no response to that question. I contacted customer service today for my refund, spoke to Lily, she stated that if i wanted a refund, that it would be a $50 fee for wasted materials, because my order was in a processing status, i stated that according to Rose, my dress has not even been started yet. So what materials are being wasted?? Her response to that was, that they would get it to me by MAY 20TH, that was plenty of time because my wedding wasn't until June 1...Hello, who are you to tell me what is plenty of enough time, for me to get merchandise that i ordered over a month ago? Who is to say that something wouldn't have to be done to the dress, god forbide if i had to return it than what? I am out of a dress and when would i actually get the dress, the day before my wedding!! Lily than stated that they would have it to me by May 15th and to reconsider, i asked her if that was the deliverary date or shipping date? She said that they would "let me have my dress by May 20th." I said ok but according to Rose, my dress has not been started yet, again no direct response, just we will get it to you. I said ok, than the next email was, ok Great! we will "TRY" to get it to you by May 15th, that isn't what we just agreed to. After reading all of these reports and other reports on Google, i have decided to put in a dispute with my credit card company. From what i have read so far, i will be better off getting my money back from my credit card co. than them. Hopefully their investigation will cause some negative feedbacl for them. |
