In June 2009 I gave money to Diane Gruber (Elite Resources) to facilitate a leased instrument transaction. She is working with Dr. Lawrence Smith. Now she ignores all her clients and left them in the hands of Dr. Smith who is apparently as unable to perform as she is.

Dr. Smith was gracious enough to take over the transaction, but now we are at the end of the year and getting the typical excuses you find in this industry from people who are unable to perform. We were all supposed to have a wonderful Thanksgiving....then it was just a week later, then it was paid before Christmas. The same excuses as on other posts. He is always so busy, always on conference calls, but doing what? He never calls clients anymore....he throws out a date and then conveniently enough he doesnt respond to anyone.

He offered to pay clients their money back, but has no money to do that. Diane Gruber has her own issues with the SEC so money isnt coming from her either. He has managed to push this out for months and weeks and now the year end excuse will start because he "doesnt control the banks" ha ha ha ha ha

Dont invest money with this man for anything!!! He is NOT a project funder and DOES NOT deliver. He WILL disappear on you ask real questions
