The May 7, 2010 I decide to paid for a lifetime membership at dotcombuilder.com for 3 payments of 83.00 USD Rachel (her name - Customer Service - DotComBuilder.com) accept normal price is 259.95 after few days the sites is sold, no updates at all during that time to know the new owners, except 1 emails as what the sites will have more stuff. For 1 year no news, no updates, I email but no answeer Recently less of 3 weeks ago, I try to login and can't so I email the service and have no news I then decide to contact each email addresses I have from them with Hi just before you acquired dotcombuilder I bought a lifetime membership I tried today to login and your site show no members under my account. I was able to connect 2-3 months ago and now no more Whats happen? 3 days letter I receive: Hi, This site has recently been sold, and has only just now been made workable again after coders fixed the many problems left by the previous owner. Unfortunately, the previous owner closed down the servers and many people lost their hosted sites (including me, as I was a reseller account holder and member). Because of all the problems, it was decided to start afresh and treat it as a new site with a new membership. The previous owner failed to answer any of my emails about the state of things, therefore I had no alternative but to hire coders and resolve what problems I could. However, to help you, I am more than willing to offer you three months membership, free of charge, with the option to continue as a paying member in whichever package deal you choose after that.
