Donnell Woolford NFL Player Rips off Women Fayetteville, North Carolina |

Ladies Beware. This man will charm your pants off, literally, physically and financially. He will play the big shooter, advertising his namesake as a successful NFL player. He will buy you drinks, he will let on he is very well off and he is a charmer. Then he will call you on a Sunday one weekend after you have trusted him and use this line "I was out with a friend of mine that is going through a nasty divorce trying to cheer him up. I rented a limo so we could drink and drive and we had a little too much to drink. I think my wallet fell when we got out of the limo and I didn't realize it until this morning and I am now stuck here at the hotel (or whereever he'll say he is) without any identification or MONEY. Can you please wire me some money so I can at least eat and pay for some gas to get home because I had to cancel all my credit cards ASAP to avoid someone using them. You can't put the Western Union in my name because I have no Identification to show when I pick it up. Except that I couldn't do an International Wire to him without it being in his name so I put it in his name and Donnell mysteriously came up with "Oh I have my passport in my luggage" I can use that and he went and picked up the wire I sent him for $400 US dollars. He will claim to send you a check for the money on Monday (doing this on a Sunday always works for him because he says his bank is closed) and he has no one else that can wire him funds. He says he supports all his family. I fell for it but am filing this in the hopes that other unsuspecting women don't fall for this line or this guy with what he did to me. I never received my money. I always kept hearing from him that he'll pay me next week when he gets a lump sum dividend check or a check from his pension, and so on. It's been over 3 years and I bugged this guy for two years before he changed his cell phone number (from maybe too many other women trying to collect their money) and other debtors so now I have no way to get my funds off of him. I almost and still may contact the police in Fayetteville to file a charge of fraud against him but not sure that would stick. I would imagine that they would say this is a civil matter even though the man is falsely telling unsuspecting people that his wallet is either lost or stolen to get them to wire him money. He's a fake, a liar, a loser, a washed up NFL player that blew all his money he made and is now preying on single women like myself that have to feed and cloth kids and didn't really have $400 to spare but he promised to pay me back the next day when the bank opened so I loaned him my rent money...JERK....I hope you can sleep at night Donnell knowing you did this to a woman that has children to feed |
