Completely bogus- represents that he is associated with a large real estate investment firm and will misrepresnt terms of a loan that he has no approval on and will take your money and never call you back. He is a complete and total fraud with no conscience. BEWARE of dealing with this liar bag of snow. |

Long list of people who gave this guy money up front expecting him to give them loans- he preys on trusting people, says all the right things and is a bald faced liar. He disappears and ducks calls, won't return emails etc. Can't wait to see him on American Greed- scams, the life of Don McClain. Hopefully he will be watching from a prison tv. It suits him, using something someone else paid for |

I just hope the people that have lost money are taking it to the DA in all states involved. We lost a lot of time but no money and that will not get him to jail unfortunately. The guy needs to be in jail. I cant believe he is still out there running his scams with as many people as I have heard that he screwed. On a conference call earlier this week I listed to 6 stories that equated to losses in excess of $50k since Jan 01. Again, jail is where this guy should be headed. |

Don McClain, CPR Commerical is a "total fraud". I can't say it anymore clearer. If you get involved with him, you will either lose money or lose your relationship with your clients. It sad that this business is so corrupted with people like this as it makes it harder for the true dedicated hard working honest people trying to make a living. Don McClain needs to be totally out of the business and trust me his day is coming. |

Don McClain is proably the biggest crook I've come across in this business. Assuming he doesn't take your fees upfront and run, his incompentancy will end up costing you a small fortune anyway. STAY AWAY from Don McClain and CPR Commercial. |

Totally agree Don is one smooth talking rip-off artist. However he can't write a decent letter to save his life. That is when I caught on to him being nothing more then a scammer. He promised associates of mine money in 15 days with a written commitment if they paid a $25k processing fee. They showed me the "Commitment Letter" and it contained so many errors and contradictions that it was laughable.
Sad to say, they fell for the Siren's Song and sent him half the money and like all the other post stated, he drifited into the wind - with their money.
A plague to the industry that already has enough problems. |

Don is a true con artist- don't become his next victim. I was fooled into thinking he was a nice guy with integrity, but he has made scamming people his business. And he's good at it. I thought he was a true friend, so when he asked to borrow a large sum of money from me and signed an agreement to repay it, I trusted that he would. Now 3 years later, he still hasn't paid it back despite having a lawsuit judgement against him. I've even had him arrested for violating his court orders many times, but he has no intention of repaying me. He thinks he can get away with it. And clearly he''s done this to a lot of other people and gotten away with it. It's frustrating that losers like him can evade the law for so long and continue to steal from honest people. |

Don McClain scammed me too. But sadly he is still out there and finding new investors to send him money but has not closed one deal in the last two years. He's now hired a firm to try to clean up his name on the Internet. Guess that's cheaper than paying everyone back.
He's got the law looking for him now, he was evicted from his home, so he's moved again and has cut off all contact with his family...and his wife even left him. I'm glad she finally saw him for what he was. The walls are closing in on him now.
Contact Attorney Scott DeShazo, in Austin, for more info about current lawsuits pending against Don McClain
And beware - if you give him money, you will never see it again. |
