Dishnetwork Cannot be worked with. Internet |

Have tried to work with Dishnetwork over and over all these years and this is the same response I get everytime. This is a response given by a Dishnetwork Rep: "Hi , Thank you so much for your patience. I did receive the request ledger today. I am showing the remaining balance of $106.91 was for programming that was unpaid. On your bill dated August 15th, your previous balance was $157.53, a payment was received for $82.00 on August 8th. Another billing cycle was added to this bill and the amount due was $160.49. Your account was voluntarily disconnected on September 8th. After all the charges were reversed on this bill, the remaining balance due as printed on the bill generated September 8th, 2006, was $106.90. That is the amount we show is due to Dish Network. The payment can be made directly to Dish Network or to the collection agency. We can provide you will a zero balance due letter after payment has processed. We only remove information from credit reports when and if it was Dish Networks error that caused the charge. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance to you. " Five years ago there was miscommunication between me and a representative from Dishnetwork in reference to my final bill. All equipment was sent back according to their policy and there was a zero balance due at closure according to the rep. I went out of country on a military assignment and when I got back I had a collection account on my credit report stating I owe $106.90 from dishnetwork. I have tried over 5 years to get this corrected but the company will not budge on their decision to keep the collection account on my credit report even though I had no chance to clear up this matter back when it happened due to me being over seas. This is an amount of $106.90 that I would of gladly payed back when it happened to keep the account from going as far as it did. The statement from the representative above states that they can remove information from credit reports when and if it was Dishnetwork's error that caused the charge. So it can be done. The next response I get from the Dishnetwork rep was: "Hi , I can certainly understand your frustrations on this matter but I have pulled the bills we sent you on August 15, 2006, September 8th,2006 and they all show a balance due. Your final bill was the September 8th bill and it clearly shows the amount due is $106.90. I understand that you left the country but at no time did Dish Network represent to you that your account was paid in full. I can request that the information be sent to you for your records but non-payment programming charges cannot be removed. I wish I could have been of more service to you on this issue. " My question is how did the representive know what myself and the other rep discussed 5 years ago. Basically stating that no Dishnetwork representative makes no mistakes when discussing account information. Maybe this is why this sight was developed because of NO mistakes companies have made especially Dishnetwork. |

dishnetwork is a evil company that you don't want to work with. They lie about the quality of their service, increase bill without notice continuously, using "contract" to rob your money, eventually ruin your credit. |
