I went to a paycenter to pay my dishnet bill on a friday, and they shut off my tv on saturday before 7am.... saying that they never got my payment. I told them that I had a ref: number and they said that doesn't matter, your payment hasn't posted. I called Walmart where I made my payment, and they said that they could call and talk to someone, so they call dishnet and they tell them to bad. We went all weekend without tv and it is not on yet, and its monday at 12:30pm. I have a 3 yr. old son and two teenagers too, so you can imagine whats it like with no tv for this length of time. We called dishnet and talked to 8 different people and found out that they were not even in the USA. they were actually in the Phillipeans somewhere.... we complained about that and wanted to speak to someone in our country and we were sent to a call center in Ohio. The first gentleman was very nice and felt bad for us, but he couldn't do anything for us. So he got his supervisor, and she was a nasty, rude, lady that wouldn't even give my husband her supervisors phone number. Unbelievable how customer service is surpose to be 100% satisfaction, and no one has satisfied us yet! They really don't care! Another thing happened before this, I had HBO for free for 3 months, and after 3 months I called to cancel, and the next thing I know I am being billed for HBO channels, so I call them, and they tell me that I will have to pay for the channels or they would shut my tv off.... and they were surpose to give me a credit on my next bill cycle, and that never happened either. Where we live is very ruel area so we don't have much of a choice if we want tv. It is very unfair of this company to treat paying customers they way they do. It is a sad world we live in.

I was promised a fixed price of $35.00 for two years. They said I could have that price if I gave up there free Showtime or whatever the channel was. I upgraded to the 200 package, and was told it would be $44.00. for two years. Almost immediately my bill started going up. Customer service was snotty and not helpful. Now my bill is $64.00 after only 10 months. They are liars. |
