DISCOUNTJORDANSHOES.COM DID NOT FILL MY ORDER FORT WORTH, Texas

I made two orders with this website. One order on January 6th and a second order on January 9th. I still have not received the first order. I did receive the second order in March, about 2 months after i made the order. When I made the two orders it did not tell me how much the shipping was until after I put my credit card information in and it charged my card. It was a $18 shipping charge per order! That is outrageous considering it took two months for the second order to arrive at my house and I still have not received the first order I made! It took forever to get in contact with the customer service department of this website. I wrote several emails to this company that were not responded to until I threatened to call the FTC, which I did, but they also did not respond. I received a response on 2/13 saying the item ordered on January 6th was out of stock and I had to pick a new item id number and they would send the new item out. I sent them an email immediately with a new item number. I then received another email on 3/20 stating that the new item number I sent them was also out of stock!So I told them I wanted a full refund of my money for the first order I made because I feel they do not deserve my business after the stress they have caused. They sent me another email on 3/22 that it would take 30 days to get my refund. I know it does not take that long to get a refund! The address listed on the website is a residential address. I do understand that people have home based businesses, but this company is not professional at all! They cant even write an email without grammar and spelling errors! It is very hard to understand the little correspondence that i have received from them.
