This company is horrible, avoid at all costs. I ordered 3 parts for the front bumper on my truck, a chrome bumper and top and bottom plastic covers. All parts were shown as in stock on their web site, so I placed the order. I got an email an hour later saying my credit card had been approved and I was charged for the items. One hour later I get an email saying that the chrome bumper was out of stock but they were sending the 2 plastic covers. I immediately called them and told them I don’t want the plastic covers unless they could send the bumper also. They said the bumper was no longer available. I told them to cancel the order and credit my card back. I also sent them an email telling them to cancel the order. Two days later I get an email giving me the Fedex tracking numbers for the parts even though I canceled the order. I spent the next week sending emails to customer service and spent countless hours on hold without any real help. Then parts showed up on my door step a few days later. I called my Credit Card Company and disputed the charges. I then get an email from them saying to send the items back and they would give me my money back if I send the items back using their RA form and shipping methods. I then noticed they were charging me a 10% restocking fee on the RA form, can you believe that. They mess up the whole order and they want to penalize me!! At that point I called Fedex to come back out and pick up the package and told them I refuse the order. Three weeks after this whole ordeal began I finally got my money back via the dispute with my credit card company. Just for grins I went back to their web site today and it shows the same bumper I wanted as being in stock. All these people are doing is lying and stealing from people. If the authorities would get involved I’m sure they would be put out of business and the owners put in jail.

DISCOUNT BODY PARTS ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IT HAS BEEN 16 DAYS SINCE I PLACED A ORDER WITH THEM AND STILL NO PART! IF I NEW THIS FROM THE BEGINING I WOULD DEAL WITH SOME ONE ELSE. WHEN I CALL THE COSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER IN THE PHILLIPENS, THEY CAN HARDLY SPEEK ENGLISH, AND DONT UNDERSTAND A WORD YOU SAY TO THEM. THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GOD KNOWS WHEN I WILL EVER RECIEVE A PART FROM THEM. IN MY RESURCH I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT J.C. WITNEY OWNS THIS COMPANY AND OUT SOURCE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE PHILIPENS.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE !! |
