Direct TV Promising local channels but not providing Internet

Switched from Dish Network in 9/10 to Direct TV. After installed, don't receive two local channels, was promised by telemarketer that I would receive all local channels. Started complaining that week, was told they were in negotiations with these stationsand would be cleared up shortly. They strung me along until now they say it is too late to get out of the 2 yr. agreement.

Now after many calls, and Emails, they are refusing to let me out of the 2 yr. contract. I keep explaining they are not providing service they promised and are commiting fraud.

When calling never can get to a supervisor, and last call, was told that anyone I talked with could cancel the 2 yr. restriction, but they weren't going to!!!!! So anyone in the wide world thinking about signing on with Direct TV, don't do it.

There is no reasoning with these people, and now want to sign me up with east coast feed for a 2.50 a month extra, to provide what I am already paying for????? Last Email, offered to sell me a off air antenna for 50.00 to get my local channel??? Do they really think I am that crazy when they promised at initial conversation I would be getting ALL local channels.
