| I ordered 6 leather dining chairs a few months ago, but havent used them untill recently as i only recived my dining table last week. When using the chairs i noticed that one of them had a faulty leg, so i phoned up DININGCHAIRS.CO.UK and spock to a representive, he refused out rightly to replace the chair, and suggested that i would have to pay for a new chair, he also refused to send any one around to look at the chair and said it was chargeble as well, i found this appaling as i was promised a good quality item which it wasnt. DO NOT BUY as you will be appauled with the customer service and most importantly the items are of poor quality. You would be better off buying itme sof ebay. To add to the insult teh representive from put the phone down on me. |

I have used this company many times for our restaurant chain, and even in my home.
My friends and family have also used this company, they are excellent!
The dining chairs are great quality, they are the best priced in the UK, and there customer service is excellent.
They have been established for 7 years, being a business man myself i know that companies dont last that long unless they are good. |

| pleased I found this site. Your remarks helped me to make my mind up to cancel the small order I placed for two dining chairs. I just cannot believe the problems I have had with the delivery of these items. The money was taken from my credit card the next day but 7 weeks later I was still waiting for the chairs. I have NEVER dealt with a company who constantly make excuses why they have not yet delivered the goods. I have had to phone several times and was told "Thursday OR Friday" ( do they think I have nothing better to do than wait at home for two days!) I contacted them again today as they said " if not Friday it would be Monday." I had told them not to deliver on Friday as we had an appointment which we could not change. His answer to that was to say that if they did deliver the chairs and there was no one at home they would take them back and re deliver them. I find this hard to believe as it would be a waste of their time and money(fuel costs) I don t think that they wanted such a small order, and if that was the case they should have been honest instead of messing me about . I had already read the comments about the quality of the chairs, and the way that you were treated so when I was asked if I wanted to cancel I jumped at the chance. This is the first and last time that I will order anything on line. In future I will go to a proper showroom, so that I can see what I am ordering and deal with some one face to face. The chairs are advertised as half price in a sale. When I placed my ordfer I asked how long the sale was going on for. I was told " afew more weeks" but now nearly eight weeks later the sale is still on... I obviously cannot comment on the quality of their chairs, but their customer service is non existant. |

I placed an order for four chairs. the chairs did not arrive, they do not answer the phone, and will not answer emails. the man is an out and out liar and a conman. do not waste your money.
How many places can one man live? I have five different addresses, from Derby to Cornwall. I am determined to have him closed down, and will do all I can to do so.
I am reporting Mr John Wesley Ryder to the Police for fraud.
I wish I had found this site before he conned me out of £224, Byers beware |

Bought a set of chairs from these guys, the Christian Brown Leather, got a bit worried when i found these comments AFTER i purchased!
But i have to say they arrived on time, they are fantastic, and i couldnt be happier.
Im not a big fan of buying goods online like this because i alwats like to test them first, but im really glad i did |

Delivery late!
But i have to say i was informed along the way, and the goods are excellent quality.
Still pretty amazed at the price also. Reccomended to friends who have also purchased and are very happy. |

| I ordered 4 dining chairs from this company, delivery took longer than expected and one arrived damaged which I had to return before the replacement was sent out. I agree with the comments that this company are hard to contact but my end result was good and the chairs are of high quality and very reasonably priced. |

Scam imformer place false reviews on this site to try and destroy the repuation of good companies. Then charge them upto £1000 to get the review removed. It is fraudulent and illegal. |

| chairs not delivered within time promised. No response to email enquiry. Would not buy from diningchairs again. |

| chairs delivered 3 weeks late on wrong day to a neighbour who we don't know. chairs took almost 4 weeks to deliver having been promised in 5-7 days. Basically when you phone the guy up he will say anything and then do exactly what he had planned all along. would never buy again nor recommend you waste your time with this company. |
