Since i am using online services for just about everything now, I am happy ripoff report is here to help the consumer not get ripped off. That being said, I've had two bad experiences with Digiexpress. I sent my Iphone @ a year ago to be repaired. I was given an estimate and after I agreed to the fee, I was told that they couldn't repair it. Ok, not a big problem. But when I got my iphone, I didn't get it in the same way I sent it. Missing screws, and a cracked screen.... I knew the screen wasn't cracked when I sent it but I let it go because the main reason for repair was for water damage....... (The iphone felt in the pool). I didn't think they could fix it anyway. This time, when my son damaged his iphone, I decided to give them another try. Everything went well until I called in to pay the invoice. The estimate they sent was $150.00 for parts and labor. They said the logic board was fried. When I called in to make payment, everything was cool...... I get a call back saying they made a mistake. The total cost would be $200.00 Well, I'm stuck. I already paid the 25 diagnostic fee, plus the 15 for the box. I could have gotten a refurbished Iphone for less, but when I saw the first bill for $150.00 I took my bid off of Ebay..... Tried to talk to the lady at digiexpress but no kind of understanding to what was their mistake. I should have viewed this site first, as you can see, this company has received a lot of bad reviews. I paid the $200 bucks and I'm awaiting my son's Iphone. I hope it arrives repaired but I am skeptical.... Will post my results when I get the phone...........
