I would like to lodge a formal complaint on the following company for "Theft of Service" Company: Detail Master LLC Phone: (609) 230-7328 Address: 720 Cox Road Moorestown, NJ 08057-3942 Principal: Mr. Yuval De-Medonsa, CEO I purchased two "Groupon(s)" which required me to pre-pay $99 an automotive detail cleaning. In total I spent $198 for two auto detailing(s). I noticed on March 15, 2011 that the expiration date on the certificate was May 11, 2011. I contacted the company to see if they could complete this pre-paid auto detailing in May just after the April showers. They told me that they did not have availability until after August 2011 and because they could not provide me service prior to May they would still honor for Groupon after that date. Since the August date was so far out and I was giving one of the detailings to my elderly parents, I decided to wait until I could get their schedules aligned better. On May 14th I sat with my parents and looked online but the only days available were in October so I selected one day to get both vehicles covered (thinking this would be less inconvient for Detail Masters LLC to take care of both cars in one visit. Unfortunately, I receive an eMail yesterday from Mr. Yuval De-Medonsa stating that he will now not honor this pre-paid service and that I am out $198. as he would also not refund. I do not see how it is possible for someone to get paid and not provide the service. Please provide me assistance and direction. Also, I do wish that this be placed within the complaint system so that any future customer is aware of the dishonesty this company is displaying.

This customer (Mr. William Harlam) attempted to use a coupon he purchase via Groupon after its expiration date. He called prior to the expiration date and was explained that the service may be redeemed after the expiration date (as we are booked so far in advance) but that he MUST scheduled the appointment before the expiration of the coupon. Mr. William Harlam did not schedule his appointment prior to the expiration. We professionally and politely explained this to him and he refused to take fault for not scheduling in time. He proceeded to make very rude, discriminatory, and racists statements based on research he did online using my name. He also proceeded to make personal threats against me using our administrative address. Regardless of his rude and discriminatory comments, we even referred him to Groupon directly which also supported our position in the fact that he failed to schedule his appointment prior to the expiration of his coupon. |

Mr. Yuval De-Medonsa is simply a dishonest business owner who could have easily rectified this issue, instead he was rude and began to scream at the client with refusual to perform the service the client paid for. This is someone that you should be aware of. |
