I used the services of designer home tending and went thru all the hoops to keep with their crazy rules of having customers trample thru the house at all hours of the day and night. I had to move twice because the house sold and I moved and moved. Finally, I decided to vacate from their crazy property and program. I will never use their services again! They Suck and I can not remember of designer home tending returning my phone call when I had a problem with the house. So I cleaned the property and even repaired some stuff for the company in good faith. The manager showed up and we did the walk thru and she gave me a signed copy for refund of security deposit. Then on the way out mentioned to me that My check will be send out in 5 days. What a #uckin Liar and right to my face to with a stupid smile. So for the next 6 months I called the stupid owner Cathy Cardenas and she is more of a liar that the manager. This lady has many aliases and three home addresses, why. Because she is a crook and her company is rated F with the Better Business Bureau. Read this and beware and pass it on in the community. The company has numerous complaints against the owner and continues to scam Honest Customers. She ripped off my security deposit of 900 dollars and I am a Disabled Combat Army Veteran who could not afford to give away such a high amount of money with my budget. I would like to take her on a one way trip to Iraq on my Humvee.
