Okay, First off i dont know where to even start! So let me Think.....*SCREAMS* Okay i just had to get that out! for the past week i have been calling the "Department OF Children and Families". Every Freakin representative i talked to (i dont need there names just ask me my social for the million time!!!!! and look up in my account and you will see all who was on my account) gave me the wrong information, different ways to resolve..nobody new anything unless i said something about my account! Ive been on hold for 35min,45min and today i was on the phone for...well let me just tell you how many times i had to call to get through (50 times) on Wednesday AUgust 17,2011, my longest call was 1hr 04min 50sec and that was mainly me on hold. One person picked up and asked me for my ss# and he said he was screening the calls then after 40min another dude got on the phone and fell asleep on the phone!!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Im calling inrefrence to my stamps that i need and that i was told to call back for and after holding online for forever the REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FALL ASLEEP, AND ONE HANG UP THE PHONE WHEN YOUR SEEKING HELP AFTER WAITING SINCE 9 OCLOCK THIS MORNING AND NOW ITS 20:00PM ARE YOU SERIOUS and one girl told me that she had an appt at 2:00pm yesterday and she said she was going to call me back afterwards and took dowen my number and she never called!!! Your Desired Resolution:
FIRST EVERY PERSON THAT WAS ON MY ACCOUNT SINCE MONDAY AUGUST 15,2011 NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!! THERE ARE PEOPLE SUCH AS MY SELF LOOKING FOR JOBS TO TAKE CARE OF MY FAMILY AND THEY DONT APPRICIATE THEIRS. IF THEY DID THEY WOULD FOLLOW A COMPANIES RULE IN GIVING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO MATTER HOW SWEET I WAS TO THEM THEY STILL DIDNT CARE BECAUSE THEY FELT LiKE YOU NEED THEM MORE AND THEY FORGOT THAT THEY NEED THEIR JOB, SO THEY NEED TO BE FIRED!!! NEXT I NEED MY SITUATION RESOLVED WITH MY FOODSTAMPS BECAUSE I NEED TO GET MY CHILD SOME FOOD BECAUSE I DONT HAVE ANY INCOME COMING IN AND THATS NOT COOL THAT SOMEONE THAT WOULD APPRICIATE A JOB CANT GET ONE BECAUSE DCF RATHER HAVE PEOPLE THAT COULD CARELESS. NEXT I NEED AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR RUDENESS. NEXT I NEED AN EXTRA COMPENSATION TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS..IVE BEEN WASTING MY ENTIRE DAY BEING DISRESPECTED GETTING NO HELP WHEN I COULD BE TRYING TO HANDLE MILLIONS OF OTHER THINGS IN MY LIFE. * I MINUS WELL GET OFFERD A JOB SO I CAN REALLY HELP PEOPLE!!!! I NEED A HIGH PAYING POSITION TO! SO I CAN FIRE WHOEVER ISNT DOING THEIR JOB BECUASE THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Scam vs fraud. Speaking of Department of Child & Family Services, in Indiana, a foster check was being sent out with a child's name that was not even in foster care, this was going on for over a year, foster funds sent to the unknown. In addition, not knowing what state the above comment is coming from or regarding, in Indiana, Dept of children, DCS, removes children from homes over 100 per week, placed into 'pre adoptive foster homes'. Adoption Act 1997, has increased the fraudulent removal of children from homes, without any evidence or validatity of necessity to be removed, nor are parents who are accused, given a true right for a hearing during the DCS court or paternity termination process, as DCS will be condoned by their DCS Director, James Payne, to condone DCS staff to use coersion, threats to never see the child again, & force signatures on a legal form that the child is in need of services, and the perjury DCS use in a court room to keep the child alienated from their parents. Furthermore, DCS in Indiana will commit perjury & falsification of court documents to remove a child, use names of people they never speak to, & with hold child from parent for 15 - 18 months, in order to be compliant with the federal guidelines to move forward for the federal Adoption Act 1997, using 'magic' necessary terminology, to gain federal funds for bonuses, surplus, and re imbursements. This funding given by federal government is never audited, nor are any verification or receipts required for the abundence of millions upon millions to be given to state to their 'whatever budget'. The high number of children who have died under Indiana state care, Dept of Children, is secret, covered up, and death from the abuse being well known to DCS, who permitted the abuse, molestation, and death of children at the hands of fosters, who are NEVER prosecuted. Then IAG Greg Zoeller, David Arthur, in fact, helped DCS Director James Payne, to commit perjury to US federal judge, Larry J McKinney, who allowed the perjury, though black & white court documents were before him, and allowed DCS James Payne to refuse a deposition, and refused the victims to have the constitutional right for a cross examination of their malicous actions that allowed an infant to be beaten & refused medical care. DCS is full of the perjury, slander, libel, and blantant deceptive manipulation of falsification, as DCS allowed & condoned an infant to be beaten by the person DCS advocated for, who has a serious psychosis, drug addict, and quiet violent. After the infant was beaten, skull fractures, occipital brain trauma, left rib fractures, and nearly dead, DCS refused medical care. After calling 911 to Indianapolis police dept regarding the beating of the infant, IMPD patronized and refused to write a report saying, "You don't want to put the daddy of your baby in jail now do you?". So scam, fraud, or deadly agency for children, that we the American people pay to function without any oversight or accountibility for their internal crimes of violations of perjury, conspiracies to remove children from homes without justification, or cover up the deaths of children in their care, makes no difference, as the largest governmental agency, Dept of children is the most profitable human trafficking ring in the world, under the facade of 'protection'. Currently, the child is abused and has many times complained of being touched 'down there' causing pain by ... fingers & use of his ..., to DCS, IMPD, & doctor who did a peek a boo look at vaginal tear and 'skin tag' that hung from her vaginal, did not obtain a swab or call DCS of the abuse. So, speaking of Dept of Children & Families, at least in Indiana, it is the aitimy of violence, condoned abuse, & human rights violation in the manner they can allow abuse under the name of protection.
