WATCH OUT for this company. They love to take advantage of individuals needing credit card assistance. Come to find out they are a scam. I have just received a third letter from an attorney which is representing a credit card company. Why I am receiving a third letter? What happen to the first two letters (which was sent to Debt Rememdy Solutions who was suppose to be helping me)? Come to find out they aren't helping. They have never kept me informed. They are just taking money out of my account.
When I tried to email them on Saturday, November 20, 2010 come to find out all their emails that I sent came back has failures. They also are not accredited through TASC as they state they are. All I have is a phone number. Of course they would be closed on Saturdays. I requested a full refund but they have turned me down in the past. They even told me I could go to jail for not paying my credit cards bills. That was good support. The only thing I have received are preprinted letters (in which most of it I still had to fill out) to send off to my creditors telling them I no want phone contact.
The only thing they have done for me is put me in a worst financial situation than what I was in. I had maintained good credit but was having a hard time paying. They told me I would have be better financially in a few years by going with their program than paying off my debt for the next 30 years. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. THEY ONLY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU. I now have attorneys sending me letters and wanting to sue me and garnish my wages.
WHAT DID DEBT REMEDY SOLUTIONS DO? THEY PUT IN THIS MESS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HELP. THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS. They just want your money. They don't care about you or your financial situation. Why do I keep getting these letters? I send them to Debt Remedy Solutions as I am told to do. I've also requested them back since apparently they aren't doing anything with them. I bet you they throw them in the trash.
I need help-now I don't know where to turn. I can't afford to loose any more money. I paid them $1795.56 in which I requested a refund, so I can use it to pay of some cards myself. That $1795.56 should have been going towards my credit card bills but it wasn't. They kept it for themselves.
All I can say is I hope others are reading this and learn from my experience. Do Not go with this company. I hope when I am done. I put them out of business and get my money back. I won't stop until I do. |
