| do not do the (lease purchase) with "dart transportation" it is a rip off,dart does not run you,or treat you as a (independent contractor) which is what your (contract will say).i have been with dart since(july-31-2012) 7-month's now. my "contract states" that i am an (independent contractor) & not an (employee of darts).dart don't run or treat you like your "contract says".dart "violates" this "contract" every time,they don't "abide by this contract" at all. (detention)-dart does not pay on load it's suppose to be paid on,they pay detention for this load on your next load. (maintenance)-if you have any item on the truck fixed or replaced,dart takes the amount out of your pay not your (maintenance account).& it is never added back to your pay. (daily expenses)-my daily expenses or suppose to be between ($106.00 & $115.00),i have proof that dart has charged me upwards in the ($1,000's) for loads that i only had for (2 to 3-days) you do the math. (hometime)- dart does not get you home when you put in for it,instead they try & say you (entered the wrong information) in on your (home time request) on the "peoplenet" which is what dart uses.it is (sun/feb/17/2013) i am suppose to be heading home,for home time for (mon/feb/18/2013-0700 am) instead,i am sitting here at the (fly-j truck stop) in (i-65,x-69,northfield,mn.). my wife had a (massive heart attack) "2-weeks" before (x-mas-2012),she survived.but now has to take (20-pills daily,& get blood tested daily)she can't "afford" to do these things,because dart refuses to give me loads,& stop ripping me off.long enough for some (money to go to my checking account).it has been about (2 to 3 month's) since dart has sent any (money to my checking account)which means my wife has not had money for(food,pay bills,medicine,doctor appt,etc.) i even talked to (darts attorney) he's a joke,he says he will help you,& he will check into stuff for you,but he don't.bottom line,if you love your family as much as i do!! STAY AWAY FROM DART TRANSPORTATION!!! dart will "rip you & your family off every chance they get"!!!!! & with dart, that's every day your with them!!!! i am ashamed to let people know who i drive for, my wife stopped checking (our checking account) for money,because of the crap dart pulls with my pays.i have to check (our checking account) out here on my lap top,then i call my wife & let her know if any "money" got sent to the (checking account) it's ashame when your own (family members) can't depend on you to take care of them. I HAVE PROOF TO BACK UP ALL STATEMENTS MADE HERE TODAY-SUN/FEB/17/2013. if any attorneies/lawyers read this,& want to help me,you can get my info from this place,i will be more then happy to sign releases for you to abtain my info. STAY AWAY FROM DART/DARTCO/DART ADVANTAGE/RIP OFF!!!!!! |
