Like everything else I have read on this man, he is still ripping people off.
He contacted me when I listed my house on craigs list for sale.
Promised to make my mortage payments until he go someone in my house. Someones in my house, but no one is paying my mortage. I have a lawyer suing him but he is playing hardball.
I am taking the law suit as far as my money will take me to get my house back and people out of it.
Is there anyone out there who can come forward to me to give a statement to my lawyer of what he has done to you to get this man to do to do the right thing, I don't know if he is capable of doing the right thing, he needs to be in jail.
I am going to the Carrollton police to see if they know of him. email me

I have done business with Dan Heskett and am very very grateful as if not for him I would not have had a decent place for myself and family to live. I had been laid off and was just starting to work and Dan gave us an opprotunity to buy a home with very little down and even had a few repairs doine that he was not required to do.
Needless to say my family and I not only own our own home because of Dan but we are on our way to getting our feet underneath us with our affordable home. I hope people will get to know you for the good you do. You renewed my faith in humanity and I thank you for it.

My name is Steve Madison and I do NOT work with Dan but he has helped me out in finding a home as well as paid cash for my old one.
I do not know you or why you make a comment here about not only Dan but this John fellow that you apparently do not know yet commented he is a liar. That tells me all I need to know about you. All I can say is my experience was good with Dan and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I would also say it is pathetic that anyone can write anything about anyone without proof on the internet. |
