As a new customer, you have virtually no chance. I
signed up with them a while ago, and since then, I have only gotten 3 jobs
since. My look allows me to play a variety of roles too, so they should have no
excuse. I have since then switched to another casting agency and have been
getting work regularly. Don't make the same mistake I made and get mugged for
over a hundred bucks.

Bottom line: Use another casting agency.
