Trash Away Services claims to be a REO/PPO Preservation company that maintains and works on Bank owned pre-foreclosed and foreclosed homes. They get their work from companies such as MCS, Safeguard, 5 Brothers, etc.. I have worked in this business for several years. These companies pay their vendors on a net 30 schedule. Anthony Randall, the owner of Trash Away Services, LLC or TAS as he calls it, states that they pay on a net 60 schedule or 60days. If you have the money to wait that long to be paid for doing work for his company it would be no big deal. Here is where the problem comes in. He doesn't even pay on the net 60. When it comes time to get paid he comes up with excuse after excuse why your check hasn't shown up or when it does show up it is significantly smaller than what it is suppose to be. Example my 1st check should have been over $2200 and was only $900 and was 20days past the date I was suppose to receive my 1st check according to his pay schedule. After you receive your 1st check from TAS you are suppose to get a check every 2 weeks. Wrong again!!! Again I received my 1st check late, which I should have been to check #2 already, I finally got check #2, 24 days after I received my 1st check. When I questioned Anthony about this he told me that payroll was behind, that the clients hadn't paid invoices yet, that I shouldn't be contacting him about my pay that it is per my contract. NO it wasn't per the contract. And when you question him on it he threatens to terminate your contract. Which is fine since basically he is getting you to do work for free. I turned in invoices from June through October, I still haven't been paid on things I did back in June. Yet when I attempt to call him 713-412-8656 he NEVER answers my calls unless I call from a different number. He doesn't respond to emails about your money only to emails about work that needs to be done. TAS & Anthony expect you to go out of your way to get the work they send you done on time, yet don't want to pay you on time. I am owed $THOUSANDS$ of dollars from this company/man that I probably will not see. I had an employee working for me who I could not pay, because Anthony Randall makes every excuse he can not to send you your money, who now is being evicted from his home because he fell behind on his rent. He has 3 little children who he now has to find a new home for because Trash Away Services can't pay their contractors. I gave TAS/ Anthony Randall EVERY chance to send me my money and he wouldn't, I told him if I had to take other steps that I would. His response, "Also, please keep the threats about taking things another step. That will not solve anything and the quickest way for us to terminate your
contract with TAS." He also stated in that same email that a check was being processed for me that day. That was over a week ago and I have still yet to receive a check. Just another lie and excuse. He posts ads on Craigslist to get contractors to come work for him. AVOID working for this man at all costs. He will ruin you financially. He will steal your money. How this man sleeps at night is beyond me. ANTHONY RANDALL & TRASH AWAY SERVICES are nothing more than a scammer, liar and a cheat.
