Date: 10-21-11 Time: 1:00PM MST Complaint: I wanted to purchase a GPS unit and the one I wanted was on this website as a combo with a special casing to protect the unit, however there is an old unit which only does SMS signals and the newer unit which has GPRS and can update every 15 seconds I wanted to ask the question on which GPS unit his website was selling with the combo - and a male customer service (I assume it is his own website that he is running as a home business) answered the phone said that I didnt know what I was looking for and then proceeded to call me a "f*cking c*nt"!!! What happened was that I was going to purchase the unit from this website, I simply had a question and the individual that answered the phone got extremely mad and indicated that I did not know what I was talking about. I think the problem was that he did not know what he was talking about and was too lazy to look up the product and tell me about it and tried to turn it around making it look like I was a stupid woman. I say this because he told me instead to go research it on the manufacturers website and to order it over the internet rather than over the phone with him. I insisted that he answer my question and that's when he called me the "f*cking C*nt!" He has a serious anger problem and must have issues against women if he can call a woman that not to mention his lack of knowledge of the of the item because he was real reluctant to provide any information on the item nor was not willing to look it up for a description or any info at all. If he has no knowledge on the products he is selling or isn't even willing to look it up and wants to be lazy then he shouldn't be running this business. It is bad business to go calling your customers "c*nts" for asking questions and being very disrespectful to women, that is bad business and bad cuztomer service. I have reported this individual to the BBB and his website, not to mention that I am having my husband call later to ask about the product! |
