Horrible Service, Overprices, not completed, low quality materials, Rude arrogant owners, Beware, worst painting service, care about money only. I have contacted this company to paint my cottage on the North end of Simcoe Lake. I originally met with Carlos, how ever was in touch with Mario who is the owner, or one of them at least. The guys gave me an estimate on the job which was well above some of the competition, however having been to their office, and having trusted the countless shpeels about quality job, I decided to take them up on their offer. Having selected the colours, I gave them the keys to the property and was given a timeline. Once I paid the money the company's eagerness to communicate went away. The cottage was left uncompleted, with spilled throughout. The touch ups were not done, and it seemed as if a bunch of amateurs from rather than "highly skilled" painters from Croma Painting were at the job. The paint was supposed to be washable, yet was so thin, and soluble that literally washed away. There were marks from the brushes and rollers in some spots. Mario, who is the Owner proved to be the rudest and most ignorant man, I have ever encountered. Refused to even listen to me, kept saying the job is done and he does not know what I am talking about.
I send him pictures to his email, yet no reply. Began to ignore my calls and countless messages. When I complained to him, he let me know that he had my money and that was it. If you are looking for a painter, trust the smaller local guys rather than these scammers.
