Think twice before renting an apartment from Creekside Village. Upon moving into this apartment 2 years ago we were never told that all tenants share a community water bill. The apartments are NOT individually metered. Per management, the bill was divided among the reidents according to occupancy. There was 2 people in the apartment and the bill ran approximately $100 per month. This property has had 3 management companies in a 2 year period. When the third management company came on board we were advised of the community water bill. Upon consulting with other neighbors it was brought to our attention apartments with more occupants were paying less than the $100 per month water bill. Beware the electric bills are also very high. Our electric bill last winter was as high as $800 a month. The third management company came in with a "guns blazing" attitude. They were going to whip the place into shape. I did not know the place was out of shape. We have been good tenants, paying our rent on time and were never the problem tenants. Typically I am a person that will just let things go; but there were so many injustices and unanswered questions I simply cannot turn my head and allow someone else to be taken advantage of. I am also reaching out to anyone who may have information on how I can pursue the issue of the community water billing system. Paying $100 per month for 24 months leads me to believe that we may have overpaid the water bills especially given the fact we do not utilize a lot of water. I'm sure there are a lot of previous tenants and also current tenants who may be "victims" of this same dilemia. I will end this review with the same words stated in the beginning.
