This is the company's response to my complaints screen name: Ja`nae is obviously an employee or manager or one of the owners. Yahoo reviews of creams towing quotes. Notice what she is saying, she calls me: RETARD, stupid and dummy. Why are you leaving the facts out? number one; You know that you were givin a asis paper to sighn, 2: Also you were required to sighn a paper stating that creams was not liable for the smog on the car. Getting back to the gun pont thing I seriousely dout that. And Im sure you are really stretching the truth on that one. It sounds like you dont know much about cars and made a bad choice. And im sure you know how they aqiuer the vehicles it was you who made the choice to buy it. So why dont you face it. There was was no calculated or dileberate move to rip you off you are just stupid and no one cxan blame you for being a dummy i guess. Well, self appointed spokes person. No one wants to drive down the road in there new car and have it break down. Than be called stupid, dummy and retarded. And I have made every attempt to make it right. I have called and they offered to scrap the car for me for 100.00$. I cant believe a this company thinks it can operate like this in 2010. I know it was opened in 1984 but get with the program.
