Beware: Renee VanDyk is an unlicensed fraud, using various aliases to avoid background checks, hide a criminal past, and continue ripping off unknowing customers. She (illegally) collected an advance fee from me, and then after doing almost nothing for months refused to issue a refund. It was then that her sordid past was discovered: 1. Aliases (partial list; note the FIRST name spelling change): Renae VanDyk, Renae Simpson, Renae Hart. 2. Arrested with her husband (William VanDyk) in 2003 on fraud charges: http://santamariatimes.com/news/local/article_d2776098-c8c8-55ad-b6ee-11ab42adcbbf.html 3. A long history of complaints in the loan modification business with First Assist Financial, BillsMadeSimple.com, etc. as documented on this site. She's apparently learned nothing over the years, except that changing your name and pathological lying can allow one to skirt the law. A complaint has been filed with the CA Dept of Real Estate, but as they're understaffed and backlogged, it may be months (if ever) before any enforcement action is taken. Until then, avoid her -- and any other new companies or names she adopts -- like the plague, or kiss your $ goodbye. |

If these complaints were verified, they would not be posted. You can't believe all on Internet. I never had any interest in Bills Made Simple. Wrong, wrong, wrong. While I may have experienced a major family dyed 10 years ago thanks to my mentally ill mother in law, I have nothing to hide from. I have helped 100's of people save their properties. SB94 specifically is for residential properties 1-4 units. This person had a property on Tennessee and I negotiated a near 300K release from a deficiency judgement. But this moron gets on phone and tells 'out of the blue I got a 900k offer on my property which is admissibly 200k over market'. One that was said, lender said great... You can manage to sell this property and don't need our assistance.
This complainers claim to fame is he is an entertainer. Well Larry, here is your academy award! Your a thankless person who has a sense of entitlement that a portion of this nation has and will be the downfall of America. Go back to your bad karaoke act. |

Even if DRE was backed logged, if what this ass says were true, a cease and desist would be faxed promptly.
You do not need to be licensed to do our work. Also, I met this guy with his realtor who completely agreed with the potential cooperative foreclosure. Also, please understand I employ in house counsel who reviews all. This client is a liar.
My name- well I was born, had a maiden name, hit married, husband died in a car accident and several years later, remarried.
Not sure, but Larry, don't you have a drag queen alias? Or "showbiz name", which is true fraud vs the normal name changes through course of life. |
